2010 Sofa Table

Hand plained original wall board from log home. 14″ wide and just under 5ft long. It has one degree splayed tapered legs with a mortice and tenon lower shelf. Walnut butterfly clips. It has a hand dovetail drawer with a custom made forged iron drawer pull. I used vintage 1820 nails to rivet the handle to the door face. It is finished with six coats of Tung oil and Linseed oil. I hand rubbed a wax coat on top. $1850.00 + hst

2010 Hall Table

This Hall Table is hand plained from an original log home wall board. It has a hand plained beaded edge on the front, bread board ended. The table is 18″ wide by a little over 4 feet long by 28″ high. It has splayed tapered legs with a mortice and tenon lower shelf. Antique Pine Hutch

The two piece antique pine hutch with its hand forged hard ware and wavy, old bubble glass salvaged from 19th century farm homes has excellent proportions and is a useful piece of furniture. It is made with no screws or nails except in the hardware and all the wood joints are made with mortice and tenon, wedged and pegged and raised panels of floating solid pine. Oil and poly-urethane finish. The hutch has shelves with adjustable wooden supports. The dimensions are 42″ w x 84″ h x 22″ d at deepest point. Price is $8,200.

Hay-rake and wishbone craftsman table. This table made from antique white pine barn lumber has a ” timber framed structure” and is a draw leaf extension table . The top is two 21″ w boards 96″ long and 1″ thick with leaves that are 30″ deep X 42′ w and 1″ thick and seats eight people comfortably with an additional two people per leaf extended The pull out leaves work like a drawer and run on oak arms dovetailed into the leaves. Each leaf extension adds 30″ to the length of the table and seats two more people The table is a “knock down ” design with the components being held together with a series of pegs and wedges and disassembles with ease making this table great for shipping. Finished with oil and urethane. Priced at $7200.00 for the eight foot two wide board top.
